Living in Granada Nicaragua

There are property management companies that help assist people who are interested in staying in Granada but do not want to stay in a hotel.   These property management companies have a wide range of listings that can suit the needs of each individual or family.  Rentals range from daily, weekly and monthly arrangements.  Sizes can vary from one bedroom apartments to multiple bedroom houses.

Living in Granada can be a unique experience that you will always look back on with fond memories.  The colonial architecture combined with the impressive lake at one end and the powerful Mombacho volcano on another side makes it a one of a kind city.  The local Granadinos (term for locals of Granada) are friendly and appreciative of foreigners visiting their city.  Walking through the park and the countless cathedrals, visitors will encounter nothing but smiles from the locals who cross their paths.  Food costs will be lower than in the US whether eating out or buying groceries in the supermarket.

Do not hesitate to take time out of your busy life to rent a living space in Granada.  When people talk about living life to its fullest, it is hard to imagine Granada not being part of those plans.  Here is a good resource if you are interesting in looking into what is available.

Granada Property Services (GPS) tries to find the right fit for those who are looking to spend some quality time in Granada.  The homes are furnished and come with a daily maid service so that you will not have to worry about anything but enjoying your time in the city.

For those looking to avoid the property services route, you can look into renting a room or house elsewhere.  You can get to Granada and ask around about renting for your needs.  This may be more affordable but may not provide all the perks of going through a company like Granada Property Services.  Regardless of what you choose, you will not regret it and by the end you will have an endless number of stories to tell.

Hello. I plan to retire in 2013 after working for the US Governmentr for 30 years. My plan is to relocate overseas and I like what I see in Granada, Nicargua. I do not plan on buying a houes and would like to rent a place in a safe neighborhood. The only thing that I would be interested in is proximity to a gym and being close to the outdoors. It would only be me,so I do not need a big place. Is there anyone who might assist me. I plan on coming to Nicagua for a visit in November of 2012. My Spanish is poor. Thank you.
